Blackburn Labs was able to navigate and connect a complex government database system to a new, user-friendly and accessible web application that helps users connect to Health and Human Resources across Massachusetts.
With 211HELPSteps, users can easily discover many programs that support their basic needs. By entering their Massachusetts location, users find resources for food, housing, child care, transportation, plus support and services for mental and emotional health.

Blackburn Labs partnered with the Partnership to Reduce Cancer in Rhode Island and their Dental Oncology team to develop a dental oncology knowledge center. We identify resources and create logic to help users navigate and pinpoint resources in a robust website with a user-friendly interface to accessible websites.
Blackburn Labs’ data team guided PRCRI on effective use of data analytics to ensure they were getting results that were measurable. They were able to find free solutions to empower them with actionable metrics, and ensure they were following best practices regarding data ethics, privacy, and security.
